When Roy White first began preparing cars for competition in 1965, he didn't contemplate that his passion for motor sport would become the catalyst for a family interest  that would still be winning championships into the year 2001..and that his youngest son, JULIAN, would be at the fore front of the family's motor sport success.

35 years later, a huge collection of trophies for resounding success in sprints, car trials, hill-climbing, forest and tarmac rallying, Formula Ford, motor cycle trials and "rallye raids" are testimony to the skill and commitment that the White family have put into the development and construction of the competition and modified road vehicles that they and their customers at Race Engineering campaign.

Construction of a competitive vehicle is, however, only one ingredient of a winning formula - being a determined and skillful driver is perhaps the most important element - without talent and the passion to win it is very difficult to rise above the rank and file.

At 34 years of age, Julian White is certainly not a fledgling in motor sport, numerous wins in motor cycle trials, rally cross, saloon car racing and formula ford racing all figure in his past - but in 2000, during his first full season in rallying and driving a modestly  powered car...

Julian White achieved an unprecedented NINE Championship wins.
